On a per capita basis, the DR seems to be over represented on this one.

Just because someone is the most wanted doesn't mean they're a monster. Most of these people are drug traffickers and not some violent child molesters or murderers!

When they catch these people will they go to jail?

OR:

I say throw them in a hole and leave them there.

In a country operated and controller by drug dealers and other criminals what do you expect. The international community is not as tolerant of the criminal activities which are considered acceptable in the DR. I am not surprised at all.

Cape Verde was a Portuguese Colony off the west coast of Africa.... I think the source from DT may have goofed up and included the individual with the Pereira name by mistake, unless this is a Dominican who is a Cape Verdian national... The name Pereira though, could be easily found on people of both Spanish and Portuguese decent.
