SANTO DOMINGO.- Local authorities asked Spanish pars for information on the confiscation of 1,200 kilos of cocaine from Dominican Republic, as unconfirmed reports attribute it to Arturo del Tiempo, owner of the luxury condo building Torre Atiemar, located in the upscale Esperilla sector, and who is being held in Spain allegedly in connection to the case.

The Justice Minister Radhamés Jiménez and the National District Prosecutor Alejandro Moscoso said they await a report from the Spanish authorities, to conduct a joint investigation.

Meanwhile, the Office of the Prosecutor and the Drugs Control Agency is revising the list of buyers of condos of the Torre Atiemar, which is under guard by antinarcotics agents.

Del Tiempo’s other investments in local real estate are also under investigation.

The Spanish authorities suspect a powerful international network of large drug shipments is behind the case and which launders money by investing in the construction of residences and apartments.

Banistan please let me know when your hero will hold his prime time news confrence before the world press!

They suspect major players because there are 1200 kilos involved. What a bunch of clueless idiots. The corrupt ones not involved are trying to figure out how they get a cut.

- Smugglers of spices in the middle ages
- Navigators "discover", conquest, seize lands and enslave natives in the XV and XVI centuries
- Tobacco growers and traders prosper and grow by leap and bounds after commodity was imported to Western Europe by Jean Nicot in 1560
- African slave’s traders make lump sum of money in the XVI and XVII centuries
- Pirates flourish in the XVII century, an honorable profession from opportunist thieves, rapists and murders to become nation’s founding fathers and distinguished Sirs.
- Gangsters and racketeers like Alphonse Capone make millions in the illegal liquor, gambling and prostitution business.

What an ironic…We condemn drug traffickers today, but we admire some of the past thieves, smugglers, gangsters, pirates that spoiled normal life of our society in their times.

You can't totally blamed the goverment. That same Drug money built most of Miami in the 80's and 90's. There was an article in the Wall Street Journal some time in the past 6 months that said that an investigation had uncovered that HUGE amounts of drug money was laundered during the past 2 years and that's one reason that the economy did not collapse even more around the world. This laundering was known by most of the goverments including the US. It's sad to say but there are NO MORE morals in the world. Not in politics, business nor in the streets. When was the last time someone stopped to let you into a busy street. You have to almost force your way in. We live in a time when EVERYTHING is about "ME". Even famalies do less and less with and for each other.

Let's remember the "Indictment" list that the US feds has and all this twisted accelerated news exploding by the minute.

Suddenly Chavez got piss because DR won't accept more drugs to destroy the Imperialist....

14 Generals dismissed but not arrested yet.

And the question of the day, Who is responsible for the Military actions ? The commander and Chief or Grals. themselves !!!!!

This is a "Hot Potatoes" and I'm having a lot of fun, will have more when the list get reveals unless Miss. Clinton got an agreement with DR Buddy in Guatemala.
