Santo Domingo. - Puerto Rico’s and Dominican Republic’s most wanted fugitives have so far made a mockery of their joint manhunt, which despite a record reward of RD$10 million various local and U.S. agencies offered, the narcotics traffickers Jose Figueroa Agosto and his Dominican paramour and accomplice Sobeida Felix still evade capture like phantoms.
They were seen shopping a few weeks ago near San Juan’s Las Americas Mall, which spurred the island’s authorities begin an investigation in earnest to manage his capture.
The chiefs of Police Rafael Guzmán; of the Drugs Control Agency (DNCD) Rolando Rosado and other Dominican investigators went to Puerto Rico to widen the probe, after security cameras in the store where they shopped recorded their movements.
Puerto Rico Police superintendent Jose Figueroa Sancha visited Dominican Republic two weeks ago when he affirmed that Figueroa’s and Felix’s days on the run were counted.
Figueroa Agosto eluded a DNCD trap last year near one of his many apartments, in which US$4.6 million, an armored SUV, a large number of weapons, luxury watches and other properties were seized, and arrested Felix, who soon fled the country after a judge released her on bail.

He should turn himself in or their bodies will never be found ......he knows too much
From: United States, words of wisdom from the nutcracker
well at least there close by if they are in puerto rico then there not hard to find
From: United States, FREEPORT, Long Island.... (Look, beyond the words)
Well, he was seen a few weeks ago SHOPPING right before they left on that plane that took off with six unidentified passangers.
The dominican Republic might aswell FORGEDA BOUDIT, they are long gone. Next, we are going to here that the bodies of the two was discovered in Bolivia in an apparent gangland slaying.

These two can move about freely without any worries. The Puerto Rico sighting was more than likely done on purpose to throw some people off their trail. They are most likely somewhere in the DR enjoying themselves. Not much for them to worry about they own the country.

I've said it all long this guy was put here to see who's who in the DR, the US will be coming down with some extraditions soon, there is no way a person with this much public attention goes on not being detected. Even Pablo Escobar had to be running left and right to avoid capture and he had way more $$$$ then this guy. Think about it he escapes from a Federal prison, gets tipped off on the raid, escapes easily, goes on talk radio without getting traced and is seen shopping on camera. The DEA is playing head games with DR watching the military zhit in it's pants. That's how they work, they sit back and listen to all the info that is being passed on by the conspirators to gather more evidence.

Exactly what I have been saying!!!! Not one single article in the newspaper, news or T.V. on the boricua kingpin. When Pablo Escobar was running things, he was on T.V. and newspaper everyday and even on 60 min. Also, one thing I can say about Escobar, at least he helped the poor, homeless and churches kinda like Robin Hood! Maybe Boricua, should learn some ethics from the Master Escobar!
