SANTO DOMINGO. - The National Meteorology Office predicts moderate to heavy showers with electrical storms and wind bursts over many parts of the country on Tuesday, from the effects of three troughs which have converged over waters of the North and Northeast, next to the Atlantic coast.

It said the rains will fall mostly over the north and east regions and the Central Mountains, and forecasts overcast skies and moderate thunderstorms, whereas temperatures will remain warm despite the heavy showers.

For Santo Domingo and the National District ONAMET predicts increasing cloudiness near noon, heavy showers with thunderstorms and some wind gusts, and for tomorrow Wednesday expects partly cloudy skies with isolated showers and occasional thunderstorms.

The reform needs to come from within Washington and permit foreign persons legally. Due to the impossible entry process, it remains no wonder why persons enter illegally. However, given the fact america is totally down the toilet, who would want to enter anyway? Natural born citizens are fleeing!

"BOYCOT Arizona!!!! Do Not Do Any Business With Arizona."
honestly no one has given me any decent reason why we should boycott Arizona-its about time someone enforces the laws already on the books-dont get mad at Arizona-get mad at the drug lords-many of them illegal immigrants and such who have increased the crime rate and violence in Arizona-the govt of that state is just doing what they have to do. Look I am LAtino-my fathers family came to the states legally -the right way. I have many Dominican friends here in Santiago who have or are seeking visas to legally live and work in the states-is it fair to them that they are paying the money and going through all the paperwork, while some people are slipping across the border illegally? Something to think about.

GOV12G

If the US Government would wake up and get their head out of their asses they would have fixed this problem a long time ago.

US Border Patrol has to go...Plain and simple... they are just another COP with other duties.

George Freaking Bush should have Put the ARMY in control of all US borders after 911. That is who needs to be in charge of the borders.

While everybody is worried about the Mexicans crossing from the south the Taliban is coming in from the north.

and the government would have directed more rain over my poor parched garden which could have produced more beans and I would have more time to understand the connection of these postings to the weather pattern in the DR
