Why the Navy guy is the target of violence?

1. Drug related?
2. Personnel conflict in his office/or profit conflict for his side business ?
3. show off his rich?
4. the attacker must have a reason to do this, may be collect some money from someone else and don't even care why to attack him.... because in DR , this is very common practice: you pay money, you can even hire a killer to kill someone....

i am glad this has happened it shows no one is safe... It is the Government and certain members that have benefited from the drug sales but EVERYONE will feel the repacations..... no one will be safe when this country falls deeper into a drug state...
