SANTO DOMINGO.- Relatives of Puerto Rican fugitive Jose Figueroa Agosto on Monday denied he’s a drug trafficker as Dominican authorities have said, which also accuse him of heading “a powerful ring of narcotics traffickers and money launderers.”

Their lawyer Ramon Negron said Figueroa has never has been convicted for drug trafficking in Puerto Rico and Dominican investigators disclosed falsehoods about his conduct, which he affirms highly concerns his relatives.

He admitted that Figueroa was sentenced to 209 years in prison for kidnapping and weapons possession in 1995, but never for possession or distribution of drugs.

In a press conference together with the lawyers Felix Portes, Rubén Cerezo and Ramon Rodriguez, Negron handed out certified copies of the charges against Figueroa in Puerto Rico, as alleged evidence that he has nothing to do with narcotics.

"They are false accusations” he said in reference to charges that Figueroa ordered the murders of Vianca la Gorda, colonel Jose González González at least two others.

The lawyers also called false allegations that he was asked in extradition in 2001 and that the case was confused with that of a man identified as Felipe Arturo.

Lawyer's job : (one type of lawyers)
1. Lie without shame
2. Twist around the fact
3. Use law as protection and talk about human right
4. put aside the moral value, consciousness which God gives us
5. fabricate irrelevant things and make believe it is true

We now see them.

Pepe , you have absolutely not the slightest proof to write such an accusation ,,if you lived under the laws of many countries you would be called to account ,,your words are cowardly as they just try to commence or assist a baseless rumour fot no purpose but to degrade a person .

Is Puerto Rico a state or common wealth? They feel no shame in being the last standing colony in the wester hemisphere! But they are bread to live the easy life, thus they rather be on welfare than free.
