SANTO DOMINGO.- The National District Court of Appeals set bail at RD$5.0 million for the release of Sammy Dauhajre, linked to case of the Puerto Rican fugitive Jose Figueroa Agosto, whereas investigators of the death of the inmate Jose Gabriel Arias (Álex el Pelotero) called it a murder ordered from Nayajo prison.
Dauhajre’s lawyer Jose Rafael Ariza said sufficient economic roots were submitted to convince the First Penal Chamber judges that he didn’t pose a risk of escape. His next hearing was scheduled for July 1.
The commission headed by Ramon Arístides Madera presented the results in a press conference, which identifies the killers as the inmates Cristian Martinez, Picher and Quelvín Rafael Montilla, who were hired in the prison by the convict Jaime Espinal Alcántara "El Boxeador."

laregla ..I was only really saying that as generoso thought Figueroa was an agent placed to catch drug agents maybe he had gone back to safety ,I was not attacking him as a person but simply what he wrote earlier on this issue. generoso may seem to you to pontificate but maybe just his style . When you write in such a style you are bound to be proved wrong on occasions such as this and the statement that the early death figure in Haiti of about 50,000 was a deliberate exaggeration.
But as generoso points out , he gets all the pluses and never censored. so maybe his statements, even if wrong , are what people want to read.
