New York.- Iraq signed the joint declaration establishing diplomatic relations with the Dominican Republic on the level of non-resident ambassadors at the Iraqi Mission's headquarters in New York, the Website isria.com reports.

For Iraq the declaration was signed by its representative in the UN Hamid Al-Bayati, while Dominican Republic Ambassador to the UN Frederico Alberto Cuello did so for the Caribbean nation, the source specialized in geopolitics said.

While the Dominican Government has established diplomatic ties with other Arab nations such as Egypt, it’s the first time it does so with Bagdad.

Blutarsky,
Well put....

Telemeco,
Not if we send Hugo-a-bye-bye, and invest large in Iraq oil and buy in bulk with a long term contract. I believe prices will go down. Who knows it may be cheaper then Hugo-a-oil-oil a year from now.

riosm I have written about the misuse of the minus system several times already and you, Ateo ,Blutarsky and I are the victims of the stabbing normally and actually it is very easy to see who the two or three worst offenders are .It has little to do with your postings on a particular issue but your point of view in general.
The ludicrous thing is that no matter how well you may put your case ,your posting will be eliminated if 5 people give you a minus and yet never a written disagreement. i am sure that the four of us would not be that small minded.
