SANTO DOMINGO.- Sobeida Felix and the other defendants arrived from Najayo prison Friday morning in a seven vehicle motorcade amid heightened security in and around the Ciudad Nueva Courthouse, where the paramour of the Puerto Rican murder convict Jose Figueroa Agosto will be arraigned for skipping bail on money laundering charges.
Eight others accused of forming part of the crime network are awaiting the judge to start the hearing in the First Collegiate Court, where Felix’s lawyer Felix Portes said he expects a postponement of today’s hearing and affirmed that he’ll file a challenge to what he said was a violation of her rights for having been incarcerated for more than 24 hours since her arrival Wednesday from Puerto Rico.
Since early Friday Police agents have been posted all around the Courthouse to prevent the throng of people and the press expected to arrive for the hearing against the defendants, all being held in Najayo prison.

While waiting for my doctor this AM I watched some of the coverage of her arrival and I was struck by two things:
1) The scene reminded me verey much of Lee Harvey Oswald being led to his slaughter b y Jack Ruby, and
2) If LF was entering this building would all of these "news people" be allowed to be pushing and jostling for position? No? Then why was it allowed today.

1. Sobeida can not talk about human right, because she does not respect her own right (run away)
2. Do you know how many people, family have been ruined because of the crime she also joined in with Figueroa? Also do you know the damage they did for the society of DR?
3. Law is used to protect good people, you don't abuse the law by saying the right......
