President Leonel Fernandez hears the latest from Rafael Guzman last Saturday.
Santo Domingo. – In their effort to apprehend the Puerto Rican ex fugitive Jose Figueroa Agosto and his Dominican paramour Sobeida Felix, the National Police and the Antinarcotics Agency (DNCD) sent undercover agents to Puerto Rico, Europe and even Oceania countries, a Chinese, a Japanese, two women and others who seemed American among them.
Police chief Rafael Guzmán said the intelligence gathered was shared with US authorities.
Speaking during the luncheon of the American Chamber of Commerce, the official the search for the narcotics trafficker, head of a vast criminal network of hired killers and drug traffickers took “10 long months.”
He said Figueroa is behind at least five murders in the Dominican Republic and affirmed that he and DNCD president Rolando Rosado had to “bite their tongues often” to keep from disclosing what was occurring, because the probe required “patience and silence.”

LOL These guys where vacationing and drinking in these locations........... WHAT A JOKE!!!
From: Dominican Republic, Puerto Plata
The DEA probably sent them out on those faraway trips, so the ground was clear in Puerto Rico and they would not interfere, let alone kill the supposed fugitive.
Keystone cops are fun to watch, bur are useless in an investigation.

What are you kidding me, now they want to try to make it look like the were on the right track but had to keep the press out of it, these clowns leave a detained suspect standing in front of a court house, release Sobeyda on bail, steal drug money within the agencies only to point fingers at each other, shoot innocent citizens at night, transfer their corrupt officials to work at the presidential palace. It's a circus, our law enforcements and our elected officials need to take their jobs serious if we want to become a developed nation
From: United States
why develop the nation, we are the Harvard, Yale, and Princeton of Corruption. People from all over the world come hear to master the art of cons, corruption, and thievery,
