SANTO DOMIGO. – The Antinarcotics Agency (DNCD) arrested a man who was about to board a flight at Las Americas International Airport to New York Thursday night, with his legs wrapped with bags of cocaine and the inner soles of his tennis shoes stuffed with the same drug.
Ramon Feliz Florián, 58, was caught by DNCD agents after crossing the X-ray machine in the terminal’s Immigration departure area, where his abdomen was also checked for drugs.
The DNCD said Feliz’s legs were wrapped with four packages of cocaine and his tennis shoes stuffed with a total of around two kilos of the drug.
The mule tried to outwit the authorities by putting on two leotards after strapping the drug to his legs.

REALLY! ONE WOULD THINK ITS NOT THAT HARD TO TRY OR OUTWIT THE AUTHORITIES IN THIS AIPORT.
