The US embassy should look into whether this judge has a visa to visit the US and immediately revoke it. This is appalling and a display of barbarianism ruling good people. How can someone uphold the law and be impartial when they can't even interpret law. Obviously the judge lacks the intellectual capability to rationally analyze.

let me refresh the minds of all, this incident in which once again is judge involved, this time with chinese citizens just reminds me another of some 3 months ago in which a judge sent straight to jail a Journalist beause of some MANGOS, the judge stepped in to Journalist's property violating the privacy yet in a extraordinary ABUSE of Power, the one jailed was the offended!!!

This case is the same, i have hardly EVER heard of any problems caused by the chinese on DR, they are hard working people which don't mess with anyone, so ALL my suspicios is to the so called Judge, more after seeing how everyday this costly public servants DO NOTHING to solve the issues that we face, like the 3 drug dealers released on this week.

I hope that judge get's whacked by the chinese triads. For once I agree with Gmiller what an embarrasment, I bet this judge could afford it but some of these people with their campesino mentality can't rise above the moment and let their egos blind them.
