Dear Dr. Jacinto Mañón,

Are you sure about the name of this person?
Acoording to http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/a....-times-fathered-children-her.html, the man is in a German prison for raping his granddaughter and stepchild.
The article is pretty gruesome, the German versions are worse still.

I live in the community their and my freinds tell me their was no mention of the 700,000 US dollars he had at the time they searched his home after his arrest at the gate. The house keeper and his female freind saws the police take the money out the house and drive off in a car with official plates , sounds like a set classic set up and shake down dominican style too me

@notintransit,
That would fit with using the name of another person (see previous comment).

The DR needs to stop arresting and deporting these innocent criminals. They come here to spend their stolen money. So, why not let them?? It certainly will benefit lots of people in DR ,right?
These people will need to build nice houses, hire lots of people; maids, chauffeurs, chefs, gardeners, etc., thereby lowering unemployment rate.
One side benefit is that once the word gets out, other criminals with money will certainly want to come and settle here. Pretty soon,they will displace and replace the criminals we already have here in the form of the military.
The big difference is that these foreigners bring money, the ones here, take money.
