Santo Domingo. - The only suspect still on the loose in the case of the Puerto Rican kingpin and murder convict Jose Figueroa Agosto, was brought from Madrid via the Las Americas International Airport Saturday night, report local media.

According to investigators, Leavy Yanira Nin Batista and/or Fior Jansen Rodriguez, wife of the murder convict, had fled to France with the help of the also accused Adolfina (Dolphie) Peláez.

National District Assistant prosecutor Jose Dantes Diaz brought the fugitive aboard a flight from Madrid, escorted by five Spanish agents.

Nin faces several charges of laundering money for Figueroa’s drug trafficking network.

Why do people keep calling this a drug case when there are no drug charges? There are only money laundering charges. NO one in this case faces ANY drug charges what so ever. Lieonel and his gang have started a process of turning DR into a narco state by getting rid of any real law enforcement. Any one who thinks that this is a victory for the Dominican law enforcement either isn't very smart or is part of Lieonel's gang. The real people behind this, the ones who move the drugs and have done the killing have not and will not be brought to justices because they are powerful with Lieonel. Then again in a country were the justice system and everything else is for sale nothing really matters.

Is it me, or do these women look like they just don't give a damn? Sobeida and this chick look like they are just going through the motions with no real accountability or fear of punishment. In this drugland game of chess, the king was sexing the queen and all of the female pawns. Now, the hung horses (knights) are probably after him in the prison.

haha i completely agree the US should invade DR and take over the government so everybody can have equal opportunities, as long as dominicans rule over this country, this country will never prosper. the only way that lady made it to france a developed country with high security was with the help of people in the millitary here and in the government.
