SANTO DOMINGO.- The Dominican Episcopal Conference’s General Secretary on Thursday said Supreme Court (SCJ) president Jorge Subero must should the Catholic Church’s constructive criticism of the Judiciary more humility.
Francisco Jiménez, who said the church’s function isn’t to file charges against anybody and make constructive criticism to solve social problems instead, admitted that the men and women of the Catholic Church aren’t free of sin either, because all humans make mistakes.
The prelate’s statements are in response to Subero’s rebuke of the Catholic Church criticism of the Judicial Branch in Last Sermon of the Seven Words, on which the Chief Justice said: "He who is free of sin can cast the first stone."
The pries also announced several conferences scheduled during the International Book Fair, starting May 4.

Mr. Jimenez, you imbasil ..... Its not a mistake being corrupt, a thief and a lier. The church definitely has problems of its own, like fondling boys and running off with someones wife(no mistakes there), but, to say that everybody make mistakes is childish . I thought the Chief Justice made a very good statement and the original statement from the Church was not at all constructive but very general .But I would be very happy to make some constructive suggestions to the church which I am sure they would not receive with any humility .
1 Improve the education levels of your followers
2 Concentrate more on the problems of the living than the embryos
3 Encourage the use of condoms to prevent unwanted pregnancies and so Aids does not spread
4 Concentrate the efforts on the welbeing of the soul and forget what people may do in their bedrooms .
5 Lead a life of example with love and humility

The church listen to anybody but themselves and their leaders who definitely do not have the best interest of the masses at heart? Ludicrious.... They just want to keep their piece of the pie and increase it if they can, like everyone else in this world. Any human being, whether from a church or not can criticize anybody from government and vice versa. Let us keep things real and simple. Everybody's crap o $hit stinks. Arguing and criticizing endlessly is not a virtue. Let us get moving and get things done before we drop dead or before we forget to resolve matters at hand in this life. The New Testament did away with the old Jewish laws (except the Ten Commandments.) The laws were very tough for the israelites as God wanted a select race of people and to rid the world of the bad ones.Well yes a sort of natural selection after the fall of Adam and Eve.The naughty Jews did behave and so they were no longer the chosen ones.
Jesus was the final sacrifice on the Mercy seat of the Ark of the Covernant under Skull Hill. His laws are now to be followed and they are easy. The Old Testament is not to be forgotten as there is so much prophecy in there and the New Testament refers often to the old. So no the laws in many of the early books do NOT apply.

Also which Ten Commandments are you referring to? There are two versions in Exodus and one more in Deuteronomy and they are all different.

Regarding seeking political-religious asylum in Australia, I don't think American, US or DR citizen qualify. If you are Muslin who consider Australians are infidels and want to trash the place and live of the welfare system, then the vast majority of Australians don't want you. However the government and opportunistic immigration lawyers will encourage you to come, and bring Islam with you.
