@Ricky,

Maybe.

However, we do have an election coming up, and this could possibly be ploy to sway voter minds.

40,000 pesos bond.

Are you crazy this is under $1,000. it is an extremely light fine by any tems for this type of crime.
Crime seems to pay in the DR.

Ricardolito this is the scheme of the Fernandez crew to impress us that the SNAKE FERNANDEZ is doing something good. Yet, we must remember he has been President for 12 years and during his time all conditions have deteriorated!!!! It is politic as usual under the person who allowed all this to happen. FERNANDEZ is a despicable low life bottom feeder.

Jim,
I bet the so called civilians can't get a bargain like that, you must be in the government to receive a bond like that there. If i was him I would stay in jail and practice my song and dance.

Good job from the Permanent Attention judge.

Good thing the case was not brought before an Attention Deficit judge, they'd all be out ;-)

only one was granted bail and 40,000 pesos is about the going rate ,,and in the DR it is not refundable even when all the conditions are met and if it is extnded , then you must pay more.

Damn, that sounds too good to be true.

I am good with that if I do not see them walking around at night with their jailor.

Anabolic - there is quite a bit of scientific literature covering the topic of insulin impact in mature subjects. In fact, there are some studies that concluded that insulin is indeed anabolic in mature subjects. building muscle www.1wallmart.com/category.php?id_category=20 these studies however, were conducted using supraphysiological above normal concentrations of insulin that would never be achieved in the body by feeding even very amounts of carbohydrates and calories.
