Santo Domingo.- Drugs Control Agency (DNCD) president Rolando Rosado made major administrative changes yesterday, including the removal of the heads of the Joint Information and Coordination Center (CICC), most regional divisions and Public Relations and Press

Manuel Rodriguez Miranda is the new head the CICC, replacing Jose Eugenio Matos de la Cruz, who will now head the DNCD Administrative Department.

Another of the changes, which Rosado called routine, appoints Marino Jose Fermín, in the Central Division, replacing Pablo Nova, who will now head the North Division, and its former director Héctor Rolando Ymaya Ortiz, who will head Human Resources.
