THE DNCD CLARIFIES THAT IT SEIZED 54 KILOS, NOT 125

Santo Domingo.- The National Drugs Control Agency (DNCD) and the Airport Security Corp seized 54 kilos of cocaine in Deposit 3 of the Punta Caucedo freight terminal yesterday, in the Las Americas Airport.

The drug in 27 boxes of red pepper was headed to New York consigned to a private company, whose name the authorities didn’t reveal.

In connection with the case the agents arrested Domingo Pineda Alcántara, reportedly an executive of the company via which the boxed drug would be sent abroad.

What else can we see?

How the drugs get into the boxes? How does those boxes pass through the security check points from airport personnel? from DR's Customs?.....etc.

People smart as Lie-onel doesn't know these? of course, he does. But why happen again and again? Unless he is part of this conspiracy.

Someone forgot to make the right payoffs or thought they could get away without paying the required bribes. Another small fish pulled from the big lake.
