G. Washington, B. Franklin ,Duarte, Meja,Guzman, Bolivar all masons chose the path to the light and because of thier courage to recognize all men are created equal , the world became a better place. Becasue freedom of thought and the right to be left alone as long as you do not harm others should be the way to live. Not be told what you can think, but choose what you can become if you think for yourself.

If you do not wish to seek the truth then you will be ruled by others who think for you and tell you what is right and wrong without you having experienced and determined for yourself what is right and wrong.

This is the message that we Free and Accepted Masons bring to the world . The world is one place, it is not a bunch of different places.

There are many messangers but there is only one God.
I have been to all 9 meetings in DR as Grand Lodge of Massachusetts Rep and it is an honor to do so.

Moral uprightness is one on the basic principles of freemasonry.

They'll waste their time looking for that around here.

more than 100 representatives of the Masonry of the States of Cuba...

What will they share with fellow-crafts men who have lived under a ruthless tyranny for the last 52 years? Will they contribute something to a country who rid itself of it's dictartor in 1961, which was 2 years after Fidel Castro took absolute control of a whole island...and has enslaved it until this moment. Trujillo was only a despot for 31 years...Just enough time for el coma-andante to give one of his elaborate speeches...
Por Favor, what else is news?

"Moral uprightness is one on the basic principles of freemasonry."

Bollocks! - why all the secrecy and silly rituals. A organisation for sad people and is a breeding ground for secret deals and corruption.

The "rituals" are traditions that keep us focused and have menaing to them...like the rituals of military dining-ins or outs; like the ritual of the Hunting father taking his son out to the first hunt and experiencing the taste of deer blood. These have meanings and symbolisms of the those things which are easily forgotten in this 21st century....we are NOT a secret society, but a society with secrets..like any corporate entity. We've been hidden in PLAIN SIGHT and have morphed throughout the ages ever influencing mankind with those precepts and traits that are old and antiquated by perhaps your standards....things like honor, virtue, integrity...we have vowed before our bretheren and mankind to be better men, to help the widow and orphan, and most of all to follow reason....If any man has the testicular fortitude, then join us.

There is something about the Masons which can never be quite right however hard they try to portray it. You are a secret society and you are full of third rate petty minded individuals who find the idea of a secret society somehow virtuous. - get a life.

things like honor, virtue, integrity... - you don't need to be part of this rabble to maintian these values.

No one said you have to be "part" of it DOLT! we CHOOSE to be a part of it as part of the freedom of choice...your so-called assessment of petty-minded individuals truly reflect your level of initellect whereby the "traits and virtues" i speak of perhaps surpass your level of comprehension?

Neither did we say we are "perfect" since all have faults. The difference in us is we CHOOSE to be better men...and, as Iron sharpens iron...we CHOOSE to gather in one place and share our traits and values....here endeth the lesson...

Can someone else in the "comment" audience care to "ENLIGHTEN" this profane individual?

To the people who are posting insane comments about Mason's - get your facts straight - I am not a Mason but have many family members who are and they do wonderful work - but based on what you idiots say I guess the Shriners Childrens Hospital is a bad thing as is the Masonic Home and Hospital in CT - I had this same problem with my ex in laws who were from Colombia- they thought it was a cult also - ignorance brings fear which brings stupid comments- do some research before you make these kind of statements - many many great men have been Masons

I have a question....do Freemasons believe in the one true God according to the Bible and do they believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He died for our salvation? Or are Freemasons of every culture and religion with various belief systems?

From what I read and if im wrong please correct me, to be a freemason you have to believe in god , it could be any god , jesus , budda , allah , but to join you have to believe in something , pepe said that they believe in lucifer has there god ? pepe your close but also falsed , what they believe is in the luciferian philosophy , lucifer the metaphor . They believe that human beings are held prisoners from a cruel and unjust god , the god of the bible ,and that he was set free from the bonds of ignorance threw the gift of intelect given to him by lucifer threw his agent satan . They believe in the development of the mind , threw knowledge ,wisdom, and understanding , the term light bearer, means fire they worship the light , is all a metaphor for inteligence the mind of man . they do not believe in a devil or satan , they follow a pantheistic order of the universed where everything is connected to the universed and since man is the only creatured that can think and reason .

My Brother Vivacuba,

Don't waste your time in a masonic lodge. Try the Moorish Science Temple and get 360 degrees of knowledge instead of only 33 degrees. Have all secrets revealed, keep no secrets and no luciferian worship or crazy rituals. The Masons were taught by the Moors who are the REAL founding Fathers and Mothers of civilization. Masons, also known as "Mother's Sons", are actually misguided Moorish Scientists...
