Amman, Jordan.- Palestine president Authority Mahmoud Abbas, and the king of Jordan Abdullah Il bin-Hussein, will come to Dominican Republic on an official visit in September and October this year.

The two heads of State made the pledge to president Leonel Fernandez, in reciprocity to the Dominican chief executive’s official visit to their nations.

Fernandez, who concluded visits to Palestine and Jordan Monday, stated his country’s interest in bolster Latin America’s effort to end the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, an intention hailed by Abbas and Hussein.

“I consider that this historical visit will mean the strengthening of trade, cultural and diplomatic ties that will result in benefits for both States,” Fernandez said in a meeting of the Amman Chamber of Commerce on Monday.

What grandiose airy fairy thoughts our President seems to have ,,so he can solve what the USA, France, UK and the United Nations can not ..How can Palestine invest here when they do not have enough capital to invest for their own people and what are these cultural , trad and diplomatic ties ?? I would suggest it would be best to close half the diplomatic posts around the world and to concentrate on what is realistic .
Some say that LF is no fool , but I think that he is acting very foolishly at present .

So now we can expect visits to Jordan and to israel and elsewhere in the middle east by the leaders of Columbia , Chile , Peru, Cuba and Argentina and Brazil..all wanting to play on the international stage ...or do they all think that LF is just showing himself off....maybe the voters in these other countries would not tolerate such globe trotting activities...Maybe the IMF should tell LF to start economies at home just as they encouraged him to institute more taxes

Idiot wind comes forth from their mouths.
A complete waste, not even a typical photo op.
The Palestinians can't decide upon a leader yet Abu Mazen steps forward to greet LF inside his chupa.
What next for LF? Why not a stopover with Moammar in Libya for a dialogue on trade?

1. He can't fix DR vs Haiti issue(s)

2. He can't fix the issues in his own country : govenment and officials corruption, drugs, poverty, poor education , prostitution and he is gonna help the peace between Palestine and Israel ?..Both countries don't give a sh.it about him...

Palestine/Israel's peace is between Israel and US (AIPAC and all the related lobbies) hands'...How the hell Fernandez (el ladron) is going to do something to help both parties to make the peace?

Plus Abbas and Jordan (actual King's dad was a traitor) are considered to be US allies or pawns, this is why HAMAS doesn't recognize Mahmoud Abbas.

Both will spend a nice time in the DR, may be the King of Jordan will have some money to invest in the DR...That's it...
