Santo Domingo.– Hector Rodriguez Pimentel, Victor Bisono and Frank Martinez, leaders of the Social Christian Reformist Party (PRSC), questioned the disposition  from the party's top leadership of postponing the Assembly of Delegates without naming a new date.

According to Rodriguez, this was a political error which hinders the enthusiasm of the Reformist rank and file, as well as the work that was being carried out to elect  the presidential candidate for the 2012 elections.

"We do not agree with this postponement and we are asking the organizing commission and the party organizations to establish a new date as soon as possible," he stated.

The PRSC secretary general, Ramon Rogelio Genao, said the measure was taken in order to guarantee the unity that has paved the way for the growth and reconnection of the PRSC with the Dominican society.
