Higuey, Dominican Republic.- While the authorities have yet to reveal any leads on the businesswoman Wilma Teresa Martinez who vanished one month ago, her relatives offer a RD$1.0 million reward for information of her whereabouts.
Martinez, one of many Higüey women who emigrated to Switzerland, disappeared July 8 after leaving her six month old daughter in the care of Crismeide Guerrero, said to be a suspect in the case, and the last person to see her enter a white SUV, in which there were three men and two women with tattoos, whom seemed to be foreigners.
The Police Criminal Investigations Division (DICRIM) and the Missing Persons Department have questioned more than 10 people, including Martinez’s husband, identified only Jim, without results, while her relatives have yet to receive calls seeking ransom.
Guerrero meanwhile was sent to three months in prison to await indictment and who according to Police, spent RD$28,000 in a La Romana store with Martinez’s credit card one day after she vanished.
Martinez is reportedly one of many Higüey women who went to Switzerland as maids, prostitutes, dancers and other workers, and returned with enough earnings to found the middle class sector “Villa Suiza” in that eastern city.

God I hope....in the picture attached to this article she looks like she's in a wedding dress, maybe she got married [eloped] and is with some rich European and is having a quiet secluded honeymoon in the Alp's.
I hope she phone's home soon, her Family must be devastated, her daughter needs her mother.
Then he set up poor Crismeide with the credit card.
He will next pay off the judge and the cops and return to Switzerland with his beautiful daughter.
Got in a vehicle with some foreigners with tattoos huh? Ok, enuff said.
They were obviously up to no good and she is no longer on this earth.
Que en paz descanse
side note: beware of foreigners with tattoos.
