Santo Domingo. – A woman of around 40 years of age in a blue 2004 Toyota Camry forced traffic on the busy Juan Bosch bridge to a screeching halt for around one hour at 8:10 a.m. Sunday, reportedly under the effects of an hallucinogen.
The mulatto skin woman, with short reddish hair, heading west stopped her vehicle suddenly in the middle of the bridge, came out with a white towel that barely covered her torso, to the astonishment of many drivers, passengers and pedestrians crossing the thoroughfare.
The woman, whose identity wasn’t provided, took off the towel and stark naked, began screaming obscenities and kicking the stopped vehicles, before a police patrol arrived and whisked her away.

Psychiatric care facilities are almost non-existent, and insurance does not cover treatment, so a lot of lost souls wander the country aimlessly.

An this story is incompleted the photografer said in the first source published that she first was stopped by a first set of policeman and they ended up walking away , because she was screaming about that all her kids were killed by the police force.
