Santo Domingo.- The ex beauty queen and current Deputy mayor of the city Santo Domingo North on Monday headed a rally to join the campaign of ruling PLD party presidential candidate Danilo Medina, formed by leaders and rank and file of the opposition PRD.

Medina said that 2008 Miss Universe first finalist Ada Aimée de la Cruz shows that his candidacy is of the Dominican people, and a project of nation for all those who seek to build of a just society in which surmounts poverty and social inequality.

“We cannot close the doors of a candidacy of the Dominican people to anyone, because our candidacy represents the continuity of progress and happiness of the Dominicans,” Medina said.

She is a stunner and she's smart and intelligent (I know her)
And has credibility from her early days living in Villa Mellia.

Only problem is she lives mostly in Miami.

Do they have (prime time!) TV debates among the candidates? If so she would wipe any of them out in one night.
