La Chefa should put a hair net on that Afro...

Dominican's love to cook the shit out of everything.

Kind-of like Mexican's

Why do Mexicans make re-fried beans???? Because they didn't cook them right the first time.

BASTA,
You are wrong.
There is a lot of variety in Dominican cuisine. You can have chicken, rice, beans and plantain one day, then plantain, rice, beans and chicken the next, then ...
Or you can go to a Chinese restaurant and have Dominican chicken, rice, beans and plantain (since they gave up on genuine Cantonese cuisine long ago), or if you go the tourist hot-spots in the Colonial Zone, and have authentic, traditional Dominican Pizza Hut or McDonalds!

Is that the same division that has been telling women in African villages that if they want to advance like white western women, they should give their babies formula and stop this primitive breast-feeding?

Dont understand why would a chef go on national television to give away there secret recipes? Somebody from the united states could easily steal the recipe and called it there own and make money .

hellborn25,
In the west, these programs are very common on TV. It's not about the recipes, is about showmanship and gastronomic voyeurism.
