National Drugs Control Agency (DNCD) president Rolando Rosado arrived at the scene half an hour later to inventory the drug jointly with the National Police and Assistant DAs.

In a statement, the DNCD said there are three people in custody and the vehicle was seized, while the investigation aims to apprehend other suspects still on the loose.

LMAO ..... High Speech Chase...... I wounder who was talking faster..... OMG this is toooo much funny.

OK so a high speed chase that lasted for more than two hours... You have to be jocking. The police units don't have enough gasoline in them to make it around the block...

In two hours at high speed could get you to cabarette from SDQ. OKay maybe not cabarette but to the monumento si

2 hours is more than enough time to do the old switch-a-roo and replace the good stuff with that 17/83 split product they mentioned a couple of weeks ago.

High speech chase means they were looking for words..desperately.

Trying to explain if there are no drugs in the country as the big boss said, the stuff couldn't be drugs and thence there is no problemo.

Ricky, they put their lives at risk for only one thing, they want their share of the LOOT ! It clearly states that Roland Rosado arrived 30 mins. after the capture to inventory the load. Could it be that 1400 Kg of white gold was the original load ??

It is obvious to most that there are many PN/Military/Politico officials involved in this business. Tons of drugs are transiting the DR on a monthly basis. Maybe that is the reason of Visas being canceled.

There must be a lot of stealing and inventory gone for no reasons, no results.....

This is a typical, periodically publicized drug bust to make everybody think that the government, including police and the military, is doing something about the drug trade, instead of being part of it, which they are. But everybody knows this.
