The cops use Harley's here? What a joke - how appropriate! Do they make amphetamines as well?

Be fair, Josean,
They don't just give minuses, they give pluses too ...
cibaeño75 gave himself 10 pluses when he started his forum, (sobbing to the editor 'cause he can't take what he dishes up) - and they call themselves "patriots". With heroic patriots like that, this country needs Jesus!
Now give credit where it's due - creating all those aliases takes a lot of typing. I take back what I said about them being lazy!

Roy,
I’m glad that now you are finally getting to know who is who here on DT and their total lack of TOLERANCE with a differing point of view.
Although the act very educated and pluralistic.
They have a problem with raw facts and love the fantasy of METROLANDIA, which unfortunately even you at times fall for!
Most are just recycled Trujillista's, like Lie-onel, with computers.

I am still curious as to why any police-force would buy Harleys, especially in this country.

Roy,
Because they were not purchased, they were donated. The police force would not have any motorcycles if they had to actually purchase them. Just a cursory viewing of the daily articles in this site prove the government has failed it's citizenry with a complete and total security apparatus breakdown. Purchasing equipment, training, consistent implementation of laws or giving sustainable salaries to the police force do not seem to be a priority in even the most remotely plausible sense.
I wonder if these donated Harley's will suffer the same fate as these donated Harley's,

All of us living here know the highways are roads of death, no signs, no lighting, big "patanas" with no back lights, and no control over drunk drivers....... during this holidays the "purpose" is to get drunk and have fun... the result: dead people.
The COE and the Civil Defense are trying to do a good job, but they have limited resources......Its the same story over and over again.....

A person needs to drive drunk here. There is no way that you can drive in a straight line. Holes and more holes force you to drive as if you were drunk. Our Queen has had 12 years to fix our highways. But no he made a metro.

In San Cristobal there is no maintenance on the roads - more, bigger pot-holes ever week, while a perfect section of the highway to the capital was re-surfaced.
