Santo Domingo.- United States Embassy Commercial attaché Christopher Lambert Wednesday affirmed that more drugs have been seized in the country than in any other three-year period, during an activity to mark the National Drugs Control Agency’s 24th anniversary.

The diplomat also visited president Leonel Fernandez in the National Palace, where he announced the end of his assignment after three years in the post.

Lambert said he’ll work in Washington directly with the State Department’s Caribbean and Dominican Republic relations.

He said he departs with sadness because during his time here Dominican authorities achieved successes in various areas, especially in the war on drugs, and in his view bolstered relations between the two countries.

Lambert also congratulated the Presidency’s Antinarcotics adviser Marino Vinicio Castillo (Vincho), present in the activity, for in his view supporting the U.S.

I am sure they are hailing it. This is quite an achievement to haul all these drugs through the Dr destined for the American people. Only these criminals sitting in the CIA command post embassies around the globe can claim victory for these vast narcotic shipments. Congratulations global narco trafficking american occupiers. You have successfully transformed the DR into a new Colombia. I would expect to see a "PlanDominican" rolled out soon with even more american american tax money. hahahaha f-in criminals
