SANTO DOMINGO.- Central Electoral Board (JCE) president Roberto Rosario met Thursday with hundreds of members of electoral boards across the country to analyze the May 20 elections, where he revealed that the hackers organization Anonymous launched unsuccessful Web attacks from Mexico during the polling.
He said Anonymous’ attacks on the JCE’s platform lasted from 2:49 pm May 20, to 8am May 21, but didn’t disrupt the tallies from the polling places.
Informatics row
Although the official cited the resignation of Informatics administrator Miguel Angel Garcia among the problems the JCE had to deal with on voting day, didn’t link the attacks to the dismissal. "What a surprise he is not here and the elections were conducted in the best manner."
Rosario said though the resignation spurred by the opposition PRD party’s allegation that Garcia was creating a "parallel informatics center" roiled public opinion, an audit by the Organization of American States (OAS) found no irregularities.

The only thing that can be proved by IDs sell and buy is the Intention of not Vote, so nobody will benefits from such and act and it applies to all Parties.

Josean,
Buying or selling IDs is not a Criminal Act; It can be not more than an Infraction or Transgression to the Law. The only thing that can be done is to tell the people not to sell and buy them, I can't see where it would have further implication into the Law, something like, well you sold your Cedula ? you go to jail ................................. hell no, it was my own one and not somebody else, and by the way, I didn't sold it, I just lost it, so you got it ... I got so ........................................... LMAO

Josie,
You are the queer queen of idiots! I wish you had un-polluted, neutral, and sincere comments that are not always politically motivated. We know you are anti-democracy, just bug-off "Jack of all turds".
I think we should call for an "IGNORE JOSEAN WEEK" at DT, where everyone ignores him/her, or both, for a whole week until he justs gets the fire crackers out of his inferior gapping hole and shuts the superior one off (just like we did for DDZeros).
ALL@DT
Anyways, more importantly, it would be extremely interesting to find out on which ballot the names from the stolen/sold cedulas ended-up on, or who these idiots were going to vote for in the first place and sold that right to someone else for beer money. This will either stain the PRD or the PLD! Something like this is a very serious offence, especially on election day, in most democratic countries.

"Crime is the breach of rules or laws for which some governing authority (via mechanisms such as legal systems) can ultimately prescribe a conviction. Crimes may also result in cautions, rehabilitation or be unenforced. Individual human societies may each define crime and crimes differently, in different localities (state, local, international), at different time stages of the so-called "crime", from planning, disclosure, supposedly intended, supposedly prepared, incomplete, complete or future proclaimed after the "crime"."
"While every crime violates the law, not every violation of the law counts as a crime; for example: breaches of contract and of other civil law may rank as "offences" or as "infractions"."

"Not every violation to the Law counts as a Crime"
crime n. a violation of a law in which there is injury to the public or a member of the public and a term in jail or prison, and/or a fine as possible penalties. There is some sentiment for excluding from the "crime" category crimes without victims, such as consensual acts, or violations in which only the perpetrator is hurt or involved such as personal use of illegal drugs.
