Bonao, Dominican Republic.- Elected deputy Abroad Levis Suriel can’t hide his shame but distance himself from the drug trafficking and money laundering charges lodged against his son and daughter, and asked that justice be served.
In a news conference Suriel read a document and declined journalists’ questions, and asked the court to determine his offspring’s guilt or innocence beyond a reasonable doubt.
He said his daughter Janney and his son Levi Jamil, charged with money laundering and drug trafficking, haven’t lived with him for more than 24 years.
The lawmakers, accompanied by supportive friends and relatives, affirmed that the case against his offspring is a bitter pill to swallow. "If today I’m a disappointed father, I will not disappoint my family."

I suppose he is just thye common dominican who never paid a dime to support his offsprings. Hell they needed to get money from somewere so as good dominicans they went on the right track.
I can also say that the girls here are often desperate to have a baby no matter what may be the economic and social repurcussions and there is a good supply of boys to assist them in this
