SANTO DOMINGO. – For the third straight week fuel prices will fall from June 23 to 29, when premium gasoline will cost RD$224.00, or RD$ 1.20 less per gallon and regular will cost RD$207.40 or RD$1.50 less.
Regular diesel will cost RD$192.40 or RD $2.20 less; premium diesel will cost RD$199.10, or RD$2.10 less; avtur will cost RD$156.12, or RD$2.16 less; kerosene will cost RD$182.20, or RD$ 2.40 less, and fuel oil will cost RD$138.02, or RD$2.00 per gallon.
Propane gas will cost RD$93.90, or RD$2.00 less per gallon and natural gas remains unchanged at RD$25.00 per cubic meter.
The average exchange rate stood at RD$39.16 per US dollar, according to information from Dominican Republic’s Central Bank.

UK is smart enough to keep petrol prices up and the trains and coaches full.
danny could even use his WiFi in a UK train.
10 dollars ( 390 pesos ) a gallon is typical in the UK. Also Turkey. Why not DR?
More people using pedal bikes and electric bikes would cut expensive imports of gasoline and reduce congestion.
Also like Thailand certain train, metro and bus trips could be free encouraging people to look for work further afield.
This could be paid for easily by the increased tax on fuel.

in japan one can ride his bike to the metro leave it there for even 3 days with out a lock on it when u return the bike will still be there.
is this going to happen in the dr?
bet u if u leave your bike for 2 minutes with 5 locks on it the bike will be long gone...in paradise island the dr is a long way from the uk mr abc but u have good thoughts .
need some education like yesterday in the dr.

This is corruption of to the highest. Label... Why Dominicans are being force to paid 5 dollars for a regular gas of gasoline still when in USA. We are paying 3.20 and is going down some more, and no to mencione the standar of living of USA and salaries .... 78 dollars a barrel of light crude oil today did you get the point.....
