Santo Domingo.- The National Police on Monday affirmed that no cash was stolen during the holdup of the chicken packing company Unipollo, whose owners had reported that the 14 gunmen had stolen RD$10.0 million.

Investigators later determined that the thieves took the safe that contained only business documents, in addition to two shotguns, two phones and two computers.

Police spokesman Maximo Aybar Baez said the valise containing the money wasn’t touched and reiterated that the safe contained only documents.

It was an inside job by the police and if the owners knows what is good for him he will keep his mouth shut and not push it.

So the police knows more what was inside the safe than the OWNER. Interesting...
