Santo Domingo.- The attorney for the son of prominent TV producer Guillermo Gomez, being held since Tuesday night, accused National District prosecutor Yeni Berenice Reynoso of harming his client
Carlos Balcácer yesterday defended Jose Angel Gomez Canaan’s innocence, and has yet to be arraigned.
Gomez Canaan, who’s been arrested several times, is accused of hacking websites of some government agencies and private emails.
The Office of the Prosecutor said in a taped conversation the defendant asks a person named Rajat, presumably an India national, on telephone number 919810112091, to help him gain access to email accounts, including requiadelrio@hotmail.com, reportedly belonging to a woman, and without her authorization.
