Santo Domingo.- Three Consumer Protection Agency on  Monday announced it placed liens on three bank accounts of three propane gas stations, for failing to pay fines levied for defrauding customers.

The stations Rojo Gas, Galan Gas and Asogas (Diez), were fined RD$511,750 each, or 100 minimum wages, but have yet to pay, despite that the summonses were upheld by the Administrative Court.

The Agency said the liens were placed on bank accounts totalling 3.07 million pesos, and that the stations have one day to comply or face further legal measures.

Sounds good. They think we can do whatever we like and nobody can do anything well now they can't.Take the fines right from their bank accounts and watch how they like that.
