Santo Domingo.- All regions except the Northwest can expect showers and thunderstorms brought by a tropical wave quickly approaching from Puerto Rico.

The rainfall will decrease significantly starting Friday as the tropical wave will leave the territory.

The Meteorology Office forecasts moderate to heavy showers, and warns of flooding along the Caribbean coastal zone, particularly Greater Santo Domingo.

Temperatures will fall as the result of the East-Northeast wind, and small craft are cautioned to remain close to shore on higher than normal waves along the Caribbean and Atlantic coasts.
