Vatican City.- Dominican Republic and the Vatican will hold sessions of analysis on the different socio-cultural issues in Latin America and the Caribbean, through an initiative of the Pontifical Council for Culture, with the support if public and private organizations.
President Leonel Fernandez and Vatican Pontifical Council for Culture president Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi announced the agreement after a Thursday morning meeting in which a work schedule was drafted.
The analyses will cover various topics to be discussed by intellectuals, academia leaders and scientists from all of Latin America, with reference to the experience of the Court of the Gentiles, a discussion between believers and nonbelievers.
Ravasi and Fernandez agreed on the need to understand "what happens in this changing, complex and uncertain world," as defined by the Dominican leader.

Half way through the year and The PURPLE NACRO Government led by Capo Lie-onel Fernandez has only given the Ministry of Education 32% of the budget allocated for this Fiscal Year. At this rate of disbursement the PLD Mafia will have only allocated 1.91% of the GDP at the end of this current fiscal cycle in violation of the Constitutional Mandate of 4%.

Somehow we've being blessed by having a smart president in D.R. , that created better conditions for dominicans and promoted foreign investment and a lot of infrastructure job for general population..
