At the 1st Army Battalion.
Santo Domingo.- The National Drugs Control Agency (DNCD) will incinerate several tons of cocaine, heroin, marijuana and crack 9:30am Friday at the of headquarters of the 1st Army Brigade, 25 kilometers north on the Duarte Highway.
Without specifying the amount of drugs to be burned, or its likely market value, DNCD spokesman Roberto Lebron said Agency president Rolando Rosado and Presidency Antinarcotics advisor Marino Vinicio Castillo will head the activity.

I remember back in the PRD days of Jorge Blanco. Whenever they made a big show of burning cocaine for the press you could be sure that the price of blow was going to drop. They were burning a mixture of flour and talcum powder and the sell the blow the middle men.
Some of the biggest dealers were PRD people. One of the most famous was Johnny Ventura. he always had the best stuff....Him and Vincho.
