Santo Domingo.- The head of the transport union Fenatrauni on Friday accused the notorius leader of a bus owners grouped in CONATRA, Antonio Marte, of reselling some of the fuel his association receives as a government subsidy.
Fenatrauni president Oscar de Jesus Francisco said Marte’s group negotiated that fuel with government officials of the administration headed by ex president Leonel Fernández
He demanded that the Industry and Commerce Ministry (MIC) review the allocation of subsidized diesel to bus unions, because in his view it favors Conatra.
De Jesus, quoted by hoy.com.do, complained that Conatra gets nearly 1.3 million gallons of subsidized diesel monthly, but consumes only 500,000, while Fenatrauni receives only 30,000 gallons.
He affirmed that the allocation is unfair because Conatra is only the country’s 5th biggest union, behind Fentrano, Fenatrano, and others.

I am shocked...Shock I say. The very thought the this champion of the working man, this defender of the little guy, this shinning example of the socialist principle is really just another looting, scumbag.
Totally shocked.
