Are cash troops anything like the Dominican army dog washers? If so they should be punished twice!

Talking of corruption....

"Overall progress in reforming the Haitian economy has been poor. The effectiveness of government spending has been severely undermined by political volatility that continues to sap the foundations of an already weak rule of law. Reforms to improve the business and investment climates have had little effect in light of Haiti’s pervasive corruption and inefficient judicial framework. Limited efforts to liberalize trade have had little impact, and bureaucracy and red tape deter investment.

Blah,blah,blah,blaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh....!!!
Only Haitians with money, that can afford to go to private school are the ONLY ONES that get to learn French.
-There aren't a lot of Rich Haitians running around in Haiti.
-99% of Haitians speak creole and the rest can speak french.
-A french speaking person CANNOT understand a creole speaking person.
-That is why creole is useless and Haiti is so isolated.

-I rule you and run you through.
-I'm in control.
-Remember,you're a Haitian and this is A DOMINICAN SITE.
-I'm the one making you come back,because you're butt-hurt.
-You come to talk smack but then you get smacked.
-Look at your comments, before calling anyone "immature"
