When i have a volador behind me i pull to the side. They are the worst offenders on the road. run traffic lights and race each other. One passed me while stopped at a red light straight thru the light. An AMET was on the corner but did nothing! The way they drive here reminds me of the worst types of drivers i have ever shared a street with any ware in the world. Toot your horn when you come up behind someone stopped a red light of course you want them to run it and create an accident. No one should drive like this and no one does anything about it.

Drinking and driving is a God-given right for Dominican men. They can do it perfectly. It's "da odda guy" that's the problem.
