Santo Domingo.- U.S. ambassador Raul Yzaguirre regrets the crisis rocking Dominican Republic’s major opposition party (PRD) and suggests a dialogue of its leaders as the best solution.
“Strong and united parties are needed in a democracy. I’m confident that the Dominican people and the PRD will solve that problem," the diplomat said, noting that that the PRD is necessary to balance the democratic system.
"We have to be good winners and good losers and have the sense to know that democracy and the country are more important than personal issues,” Yzaguirre said during the American Chamber of Commerce's monthly luncheon.

This party of revoltosos now led again by Hipoloco El Turbero, only function is to disrupt and derail the democratic process in the DR.
What we are witnessing is the final implosion of the PRD, caused by the unabridged thirst for power, of their membership, at all levels.
How about a trial and some prison time?
The way the PRD is going, it will be PLD in a landslide in 2016!
Guillermo Moreno 2016!
