Santo Domingo.- President Danilo Medina on Wed. signed Executive Order 250-14 that creates the rules to enforce the controversial Foreigners Naturalization Law.
After consultations with numerous sectors of Dominican society and evaluating their recommendations, Medina issued the regulation to enact Law 169-14 which provides a fast track to naturalization for people born in the national territory but enrolled irregularly in the Dominican Republic’s Civil Registry.
For that purpose, the Executive Branch had made the Regulation available during 10 working days so that all persons or organizations interested in commenting, making suggestions or recommendations to the proposal.
According to the measure, the opinions were received via e-mail at iconsultoriajuridica@consultoria.gov.do, or directly at the Office of the Presidency’s Legal Adviser.

The upholding of the Dominican nationality, and the evictions of the invading Haitians, dating back to the 19 TH century, has never depended on the will of transitional governments or mercenary politicos.
No matter what laws are passed, what the "big brother" nations pressure for, (that don't want Haitians in their own shores), or what the mercenary elites decree on both sides of the island.........at the end the Dominican campesino, the students, laborers, mothers and daughters, sons and grandfathers, all bound together and form an invincible army, determined to defend the DR against foreign aggression, or other machinations to take over the DR.
This genetic matter of fact, is ingrained in all Dominicans, that will rise up in unison when finally the tolerance and patience extinguishes, and the mad as hell citizens, take matters in their own hands, and expel the invaders.

NARCO Lie-onel has never had approval ratings in the 90s as are alleged for Saint Danilo.......although he Sold Out the Country to the tune of 97% to 3% to Barrick "STOLD" and wanted to build a cement factory in one of the most sensitive environmental areas in the country with one of his major water supplying aquifers in the beautiful Los Haitises National Park!

The Laws that should be enforced IMMEDIATELY, if not Sooner, are the Corruption and Money Laundering Laws.......and after the majority of the PLD's Political Committee.........starting with NARCO Lie-onel is in jail......the country will move ahead at the speed of light!
