Dominican ring delivered drugs door-to-door busted in Brooklyn

Santo Domingo.- Detectives from Brooklyn District Attorney’s office and antinarcotics agents arrested four Dominicans, including a woman who allegedly sold one million dollars a year’s worth of cocaine and crack with home-deliveries.

The suspects face 114 counts of illegal weapons possession and of trafficking drugs in upscale neighborhoods in central Brooklyn, including near the criminal court building.

The suspects Francisco and Mario Frias, Rafael Velazquez and Victoria Rivera, all cousins- allegedly trafficked drugs in Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill, according to investigators.

Brooklyn DA Kenneth Thompson said the ring even distributed drugs in broad daylight, "in the shadow of our courts."
