Notorious priest blames US, Israel and Canada for drought in DR

Santo Domingo.- Father Rogelio Cruz denounced Friday that the drought in the Dominican Republic and other Latin American countries is caused by some nations that have designed a plan aimed at reducing the population density in the world by 2030.

According to Diario Libre, Cruz accused the United States, Israel and Canada to conduct a scientific program that tries to control the weather by the use of chemical mechanisms that cause drought and thus drinking water scarcity.

As quoted by the newspaper, Cruz said he has a friend, a pilot, who has an eight-month study that proves that droughts in Latin America and the Dominican Republic are caused by those nations.

The report said that several planes take off daily from a US base in Vieques, Puerto Rico, with the purpose of fumigating and preventing the occurrence of rain.

"Many people believe these aircraft are watering ice to cause rain, but it’s just the opposite, they are spraying our skies with aluminum, barium and strontium," Father Rogelio pointed out.
