Santo Domingo.- The promoters of this project, in the exclusive sector Bella Vista,  should show civic duty by cleaning up the mess the excavation on the site has caused.

The construction equipment INCA isn’t the owner of the project, but perhaps their influence can get the trash and debris out and restore the sidewalk.

Cleaning up the mess, after construction? hahahaha
In Dominican Republic? That would be something.
That construction would be The most clean spot in Santo Domingo comparing with Colonial Zone streets, Duarte, etc.

How about fixing the roads in Bavaro, Punta Cana?? Aren't you feeling shame (I know you don't) with so many tourists in the zone, and no side walks, streets are disaster, no street lights.
Why would anybody get out of the resort then, and how this affects the economy in Bávaro?
