Gentlemen: Dominican Today

A fundamental right: THE RIGHT OF EXPRESSION, a right that is dignified by the transparent actions which in the full use of out rights to reach out to the media to indicate out personal situation.

A basic rule of coexistence is that framework and gives life to letters of the constitution of all the democracies: THE COMMON INTEREST PREVAILS AGAINST THE PARTICULAR INTEREST as a company inserted in a democracy in a state of law: The Dominican Republic, we proceed according to the legality, with the obligations and rights that this implies; as a services lending company of the Residential Bavaro Costa, INVESTMENTS FLORIPES is an independent organization which beginning November 2009 the not easy task of recovering the Residential, to make it a safe place, to restore and to offer the services so that the Residential returned to be a key and reliable point for tourism, vitally important sector in the economy of the Dominican Republic.

As an independent organization INVESTMENTS FLORIPES, develops actions jointly with organizations and people whose fundamental interest is to develop the potential of the residential; being this the opportunity to be thankful for the unconditional support in human and financial resources of IFA.  A Hotel company whose primary objective is to obtain that the tourists choose the Dominican Republic time and time again as their main destination for vacations, with all the economic ramification that implies maintaining a healthy and reliable tourist sector in the eyes of the world, IFA believes in the Dominican laws, believe in the favorable conditions for the development of tourist enclaves and believes in Dominicans. It’s enough to see its level of commitment to obtain the recovery of the Residential Costa Bavaro.

But INVESTMENTS FLORIPES not only counts on IFA support, it also counts on the support of 95% of the proprietors who in time demonstrate their confidence paying their administration and maintenance quotas, that fulfill the norms and minimum rules of coexistence. They know that the residential is being positioned, they are helping in this work, they know that this is good for their investment, know  first hand that the absence of rules means since they already lived it and their voices were heard and have obtained the change along with this administration.

Therefore, the foundation of our actions has been and will always be to implement, fulfill and safeguard so that each and every one of the proprietors, are respected demanding from those in power of influence or some type of the fulfillment of the payment and the minimum norms of coexistence.

As is natural and as part of this process has become daily the object of defamations and assertions devoid of all legal base receive response in some media to show their “unconformities,” not making use of a right of expression, but using the media to react before the loss of privileges derived from the action from this administration related to the neutrality and breaking with the ills that were commonplace at Costa Bavaro.

The Residential Costa Bavaro Administration Offices are open to the concerns and initiatives that fortify our objective: The search for  the COMMON WELL-BEING with neutrality, commitment and responsibility that this work entails; in this order  of ideas it’s easy to understand that the FULFILLMENT of the RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS acquired by the proprietors of the Residential IS NOT NEGOTIABLE, and  OUR RESPONSIBILITY as services  lending company  as administration of the residential to continue with our work is NEITHER NEGOTIABLE; we will not yield before pressures, nor ills, will not yield in our constant search for impartiality. Before the phrase “you make it difficult,” we have unequivocal answers:

Yes, because one doesn’t negotiate with the fulfillment of the conditions that the majority relates to and observes; Yes, because one doesn’t negotiate in search of concessions and personal favors; Yes, because the respect to the norms and the opportunities that the Dominican Republic offers to each and everyone of us who live here well deserve to be honest with our commitment to transparency.

We understand that before adverse situations of a personal nature and individual character the people look to echo their necessity for support by waving the banner which for them are truths; the crisis of situation has struck in a determining way to all sectors of the economy and the construction sector was especially seen seriously affected; nevertheless, it is not clear to us the intention of some people whom before a fact of a worldwide nature attribute his adverse and personal situation on the Residential.

The administration of the Residential Costa Bavaro has offered support to many of these voices, by means of the payment agreements where in very favorable conditions have managed to update the owed sums, being an indispensable requirement of the commitment of the indebted ones to give strict fulfillment to the agreed terms and conditions.

RECOVERING THE RESIDENTIAL...... For the recovery of the residential actions in different fronts have been programmed: Security, reestablishment of the common services, administrative reorganization, recovery of accounts payable, with infrastructure works being the most representative.

Thus, to return the security became the definitive element of the initial focus, so that the residents, guests, friends, and family would return to feel the confidence to stroll and walk the areas of the Residential Costa Bavaro, without fear; in tranquil surroundings.

The results: To create a safe and calm space for the residents, where the passers-by coexist within a zone that offers besides security, tidy spaces and the possibility of direct bonding with the administration to express concerns.

This task is constant, demands continuous monitoring and to develop plans of action with the respective authorities. As company administrator of services we know that when giving this added value the residential: To make it a reliable place, it’s an invitation to be part of this community, to the investors and people who are in search of a home.

The recovery of the common zones is a continuous task and that has been carried out by phases, representing an approximate investment of USD$1.2 million dollars until today. Infrastructure works like: Reinforcing and embellishment of the main entrances; asphalting of the main street Paseo del Sol first and second stage, as well as the internal streets of the residential also in two phases; reestablishment of the street lighting system, construction of trash containers; construction of drains, recovery of the green and common zones, continuity and consistency in the delivery of the services of trash collection etc. A change that is not only seen, but also felt.

Kindly, Carlos Jimenez Ruiz

President Residential Costa Bavaro

I DON’T GET IT!!! What is he saying?? I agree with you, "planner", that this is “a whole bunch of crap”, but has nothing to do with “BADLY translated”....it is true, and knowing Carlos Jimenez, his ARROGANCE hadn't allow him to learned one word in English, but if we read the original version I’ am sure we will read the same pure crap or what "synapse" calls “diarrhea of the Brain” but translated to Spanish still the same (Pura Mierda). This is just mambo-jambo from an ARROGANT Spaniard living in DR, who he thinks is better than the nice people that served him and work for him and that he consider inferior. He doesn’t realize that t is because of these people and this country that he is “Somebody”. In conclusion: This is the statement of a arrogant Spaniard in cahoots with the crook of Ilonka Castillo, employing Cantinflas at a low wage to write for him and translated into English, Still means nothing!…shame, shame, shame Carlos Jimenez Ruiz President Residential Costa Bavaro
