Santo Domingo.– Aclaimed and Latin Grammy winner rock band Cafe Tacvba will perform at La Fiesta Theater at the Hotel Jaragua 3 March as part of their world tour “Sino,” a spicy blend of rock en Espanol, with Jamaican ska/reggae and African-American hip-hop sonic seasonings.

The Mexican band employs a standard rock lineup of guitar/bass/drums with vocals, but the members also incorporate electronics as well as exotic instrumentation into their music, which encompasses styles as divergent as punk and ballads as well as regional Mexican and ambient electronica.

The concert is scheduled for 8pm, with tickets costing RD$1,500 VIP, RD$1,200 general admission and RD$800 balconies.

I guess it is strange; However, if natives want to Rock to the Gabacho-Guero-Bato del Del DE EFE mix, I don't see anything wrong with that. But, check out these admission prices:

The concert is scheduled for 8pm, with tickets costing RD$1,500 VIP, RD$1,200 general admission and RD$800 balconies.

$40 for VIP, $33 general, and $23 for Balcony?
These guys are making a killing.
They got money to burn in DR.

Somebody is living high on the hog! Or, rather high on something!

belly 51 and ArsenioALembertJr: Shame on me for wasting my time reading your incoherent posts and shame on me for wasting even more precious time replying to them. It´s not worth it, you´re not worth it. And before barking, take your time to find out whether Cafe Tacvba is misspelled or not. Do you work for DT? Do you like your country?

And please, please, let me know when your taking that flight to DR. I´d like to meet you there.

And yes, I created a different username just to piss you off, but that is not of your concern! Hahahaha.

Frankly, I may been confrontational or bellicose as you describe me; Yet, ther's no need for the back-bitting, and dropping my name in the way you're doing, and trying to drum up support for this Caribbean alliance that you are so fond of. My point is that I call them as I see them. If the issue is our food why stray away into the ridiculous: White men and pornography ;

Just like the Mexican knock-offs with the bizarre hairstyles and poses.....Vogue!

What is this an interrogation? Do I like my country?

Please read the comments understand it then if you decide go on and post a reply. I haven't asked you a question if you didn't notice, but i didn't expect you to understand more than 3 lines of text together you probably got lost after 2 like you are now. Take a break and read them 1 by 1 and get back to me tomorrow.
