Santo Domingo.– The works of nine Dominican maestros will be on exhibition at the Salon de la Cupula, of the Fine Arts Palace, as part of the "Festival of Ideas, Retrospective and Perspective on the Dominican Political Thought," organized by the Presidency’s Press Office and other institutions. .

The public has the chance, until 13 September, to appreciate the works of Jaime Colson, Paul Giudicelli, Gilberto Hernandez Ortega, Yoryi Morel, Eligio Pichardo, Abelardo Rodriguez Urdaneta, Dario Suro, Celeste Woss y Gil and Antonio Prats-Ventos.

The Festival of Ideas is carried out with the support of seven universities, the foundation FUNGLODE and the Nation Archives, with eight panels to spur a wide ranging debate on the country’s outstanding thinkers and historians.
