Juan Luis Guerra, in a rare West Coast appearance, performed Tuesday night at the House of Blues in Los Angeles’ famous Sunset Strip, in Hollywood.

Well, yes that is gramatically correct, when you have more then one you add an "s" at the end which makes it a plural. In this case, we have" two" Dominicans JLG and Joseito. But from the title you would think it is more then just two but rather a dozen Dominicans in the event.
Cause I'm pissed if I sat here for 3 hrs
And they forgot him. Someone enlighten me
