Santo Domingo-. The Progreso bank is undergoing a transformation on its management work as part of the process to train and update its team of branch managers and support areas, aimed at obtaining versatile, enabled personnel which responds to the new times.
Mary Karageorge, Progreso bank Vice-president for Human Resources and Corporate Development, said this type of formative action forms part of a continuous training program the bank conducts with its collaborators, which seeks to provide a more efficient and competitive service.
“We’ve set out to generate training spaces for our collaborators, in the understanding that qualified human resources are the guarantee of a sustainable and efficient bank.” Karageorge said.
